WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., and Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., announced that Community Care of West Virginia in Clay and Community Health Systems, Inc. in Beckley will receive grants of $3,472,945 and $2,942,742, respectively.
