It wasn’t immediately clear if the deer was injured. David Arbogast, W.Va. Division of Natural Resources wildlife manager, and Wildlife Biologist Kem Shaw removed the deer after shooting it with a tranquilizer. DNR officials said the deer would be euthanized.
