LOGAN, W.Va. — On Thursday, April 3, 2014, the Logan County Bar Association held its quarterly meeting at the Logan County Courthouse for the purpose of making a special presentation.
Joshua Butcher, President of the Logan County Bar Association, presented a framed 20 by 24 in. composite photograph of the local bar as a gift to the Courthouse. Butcher also presented a smaller picture to each of the county’s judges.
“For years, the members of our Association have talked about the desire to put together a composite photograph of our members for posterity’s sake, and we are glad to have now brought it about,” Butchers says…
