West Virginia’s Capitol Christmas tree is hoisted into place Wednesday morning. General Services grounds worker Tony Easley (left) holds a support line as his colleagues guide the tree upright on the Kanawha River side of the Capitol. The tree, a blue spruce, came from Molly Gill, of Pratt.
