CHARLESTON, W.Va. — West Virginia native Brad Paisley was a special guest of President Obama’s surprise visit to Afghanistan on Sunday. Country music star Paisley, who grew up in the Moundsville area, was to perform for American troops on Memorial Day. More than 30,000 troops were expected to attend.
