CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Cunningham Energy, an Independent Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company based in Charleston, has announced a merger with Pettey Oilfield Services Inc., according to Yahoo Finance’s Business Wire.
The merger forms a new company, Cunningham Oilfield Services (COS), offering well services for oil & gas production companies. Cunningham Oilfield Services will operate from two locations – Charleston and Hamlin, W.Va., both serving the Appalachian Basin.
