Funerals Friday for 3 Monongalia shooting victims

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Funerals for three of the four victims of Monday’s shooting rampage will be Friday, Dec. 5.

Doug Brady, Michael Frum and Jody Taylor are set to be laid to rest in separate ceremonies. Funeral plans for Sharon Berkshire haven’t been announced.

“I love him to death. There’s nothing we can do, just everybody be strong,” Doug Brady Jr. said Thursday afternoon at the funeral home.

The four victims were shot Monday, Dec. 1, by Jody Hunt, owner of J & J Towing. Brady was shot at his Dunkard Avenue shop — Doug’s Towing. Hunt gunned down Berkshire, 39, and Frum, 28, at a residence off Sunset Beach Road in Cheat Lake. He shot Taylor, 43, at a residence off Sweet Pea Lane near Mylan Park…
