Note to readers about the Charleston Gazette-Mail Monday editions

Staff report

Charleston Gazette-Mail

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — As previously announced, the Gazette-Mail will no longer print a physical copy of the newspaper on Mondays.

The change takes effect Monday, when no Monday newspaper will be delivered or sold. The Gazette-Mail will continue to print papers the other six days of the week.

All the news that is normally in the Monday paper will be available on our website, wvgazettemail.com. There, you can find stories through our usual digital presentation or, to see an electronic replica of the newspaper, you may use our e-edition.

The e-edition may be accessed by going to wvgazette mail.com and clicking on the e-edition link at the top of the page. There, you can find the newspaper laid out in a typical print fashion, but with clickable, searchable stories.

One thing you won’t find in the Monday e-edition is Sandy Wells’ Innerviews column. This longtime feature will now appear on Tuesdays, rather than Mondays, where it has been featured for years.

Obituaries will appear as usual in the Monday e-edition and on the website. However, Monday obits also will appear in the printed edition Tuesday.

For additional information, please call our Customer Service Department, at 304-348-4800, and please note that re-deliveries of the Sunday paper — in case a delivery was missed — will no longer take place on Mondays. Please let Customer Service know Sunday if you did not receive your paper that day.
