The Mountain State Art & Craft Fair will take place Thursday (July 2) through Saturday (July 4) at Cedar Lakes Conference Center in Ripley, West Virginia, off of exit 132 on I-77. This celebration of Appalachia will showcase hundreds of juried artisans selling their handmade creations, melodious mountain music, mouth-watering food and a wide variety of interactive family activities. Hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday through Saturday.
Families and fair-goers will find a diverse range of activities suited to all tastes, including an exotic petting zoo, fishing tips & demonstrations, Civil War encampment, and a chili and cornbread cook-off.
