Agreement make world’s largest coal company strategic partner with WVU

WHAT: Officials from West Virginia University and a delegation from the China Shenhua Energy Company will gather in Morgantown to sign a memorandum of understanding to partner on the development of clean energy technologies. The partnership will promote collaboration on technology innovation, education exchange and joint energy business development and will position WVU as Shenhua’s strategic partner in the United States.
WHEN: The partnership program meeting and signing of the memorandum of understanding will be held on Thursday, Oct. 27, from 9:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. The agenda follows:
