You almost have to suspend disbelief for a moment that reality TV didn’t create Gov. Jim Justice, too.
But it didn’t. Yet, his personality, oratory and resort to props and lack of almost any details often lead us to think otherwise.
Like most legislators, we came away from Justice’s State of the State Address with a sense of optimism.
Clearly, some recent fiscal and economic details supported Justice’s upbeat speech Wednesday.
Still, though he claims his proposals are a one-man, one-plan answer to the state’s problems, they’re about as detailed as a fourth-grader’s book report.
